We All Start Somewhere
If you’re new to exercise or the group fitness format - no worries. Our classes are geared for all fitness levels. If your just starting out your Gold’s Gym Group Fitness Instructor help you modify the moves to your level of fitness. Your instructor is also happy to meet with you before or after class to answer questions or give you a helping hand.
Your Evolving Workout
As you get in better shape, you’ll find your group fitness workouts will evolve with you keep the results coming. Gold’s Gym Instructors will motivate and inspire you to get the most from your workouts. And if you want a little extra push your instructor will make sure your workouts are as hard as the body you want to sculpt.
